Issue with Support Services

Hi

My device is shown "Issue with support services" on both the website and support assist.  I bought it from Dell outlet less than a year ago and the invoice shows "Y4 ProSupport and Next Business Day Onsite Service Extension" as an item.  Can someone clarify how to sort this out (note there isn't a problem with the system - just want to fix the inaccurate support status).   My account correctly shows the warranty support that my other current registered system - I tried the contact technical services on the web but it doesn't actually give me any contact options for this system!

Could you please provide the syste service tag or Order number, full name, email address, phone number and your invoice?
