Item Returned to Sender

Hi, 

I recently ordered a monitor and was eagerly anticipating the package. UPS claimed to have attempted delivery but on multiple occasions when I was at home and no one rang the doorbell yet I was sent an email saying delivery had been attempted. The parcel is now being returned to sender and I'm quite unhappy with the situation. What can I now do to receive the parcel or get a refund?
