JBL speaker not sent

i have purchased the dell laptop and registered myself for extended waranty and JBL speaker.

u have accepted and aceept the payment. after 2 moths i recd a call that u canot extend the waranty and in appogies u will additionaly sent the JBL speaker. after so many communications lastly before 2 days i got  1JBL speaker. when i talk to tol free no they refused to sent the jbl speaker nor extend the waranty. they given me another no. after 1/2 working i could not get the right person who will listen and solve the problem.
