M18X R2 Delayed again and again!!!!
M18X R2 was supposed to come May 28th , then June 4th , now its June 10th. I ordered May 12th. I would like to have an explaination of why it is delayed and a realistic date of delivery. I am thinking of cancelling and buying somewhere else. This is not how you should treat customers.Please respond!!

Thanks for posting your comments and bringing this issue to our notice. I believe one of the parts that was configured with this system is back-ordered. We do experience challenges in keeping the parts in good supply. Please provide the order number and name on the account through Private Message so that I can check the status.
