Missing Dell Advantage Rewards

Question

I am not sure what is going on with Dell ever since they switched the Dell Advantage Program. There are at least 4 transactions that I did not receive the Rewards for since February 2017. I created a case and got a reply that I should be able to see the Rewards in my account. Guess what, I see NOTHING! Seems like I am getting scammed because now I fear they will tell the Rewards was forfeited because I did not use it within the stipulated 90 days.  I purchase an insane amount of IT equipment from Dell. But this kind of behavior leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. And these are the kind of things that turn away loyal customers like me who have been purchase for years. Very disappointed and hope someone from Dell looks into this and fixes the issue or else they are not going to see another penny of business from me ever again.

Looks like I'm in the same boat.  Ordered a laptop from Dell directly instead of Amazon since the rewards made it more advantageous.  So far can't find a way to talk to an actual human or get the promised rewards.

I tried reaching them via this form.

It looks like they are making it difficult on purpose so that people like us just give up.

In fact, I think they are breaking FTC rules by promising something which they never deliver.

I'm getting tired of Dell. Shame on them!
