Missing Dell Reward Points

My dell reward points have all been removed as of 2026-05-27 but they were not set to expire, I have tried to use the virtual assistant from the get help section from the order screen but it refuses to give any kind of email to contact customer care, as per the instructions on the mega thread posted by DELL-FAQ.

I am creating a new post to receive any kind of contact details regarding this issue.
