Missing Dell Reward Points

Hello.  Ever since the Rewards Update, all of my rewards disappeared and it is stuck at 0.  Per the Mega Thread, I tried to send an e-mail, but I am unable to get to that prompt, since I do not have a previous order place.  I reached out two weeks ago and the Care Associate advised to " Please give it a week or two as this issue is being working on. If issue still persist after the given duration, you may drop a message here. We are here to help you."

Unfortunately, as the chat closed, I am here to see if I can reach someone for further assistance.
