Missing Dell Rewards Balance

I actually made a discussion two days ago, but it was not during business hours, so I only got a automated reply.  So, reposting again during business hours.  

I logged into Dell two days ago and noticed my Dell Rewards Balance disappeared. 

My balance was nowhere near its expiration date (was expiring in 2027) and I did not make any redemptions.  

If someone at Dell can help me look into the issue.  Thanks.
