Missing Dell Rewards Points

My Dell Points vanished at the start of the month for no reason and so I would like a customer care agent to look into it. I had already made a thread but it was before the mega thread got updated and it seems to be ignored, so here's a new one. I tried the "Get Help on an order" method and the ai wouldn't give me the email link so this is my only recourse. Thanks.
