Missing Dell rewards points

Hello,

My Dell Rewards accounts is linked to Alienware Arena account. I was earning Dell Rewards through Alienware Arena but then my balance zeroed out and since then none of the weekly gifts have added to my account either. My Alienware Arena account shows the individual amounts earned but still zero balance.

I understand that there has been an issue with missing Dell Rewards points balances for many people.  I am unfortunately unable to contact anyone to get this sorted out.  Please let me know who to contact/if someone from the team is able to reach out.

I keep getting an auto response telling me to reach out on a weekday which I have been doing.
