Missing refund

I have been chasing Dell for a missing refund for almost two months and I’m getting nowhere with customer care. I’m shocked that Dell would behave in this way and I’ll be removing our business account from them. This is tantamount to theft! Does anyone know how to raise a formal complaint at Dell?

When a business is committing theft, you should file the complaint with law enforcement in your jurisdiction.  If it is about bad business practice, unfulfilled of contract terms, you could seek help from BBB.  When receive notice from BBB, Dell would have to provide a response within 14 days.  Note that only valid complaint that meets acceptance criteria would be accepted.  There also are some disputes they can not help you with.  To start, follow the link below.

Thank you for your advice. I can now see from the forums that this seems to be common practice
