Missing reward points

On May 27, 2026 -CAD $730.10 went missing from my account. They show as redeemed in the log, but i have not placed any orders recently so that's not possible (my last order was 2024).

Also shows May 25, 2024 -CAD $6.30 as expired.. But also not possible, because I earn DRP every month from alienware arena, so my rewards are not meant to expire (i'm canadian, and per your terms and conditions for canada, the points do not expire as long as earn/redeem activity has occured in the last year. 

I actively earn points every month on alienware arena, so nothing should have expired.

My account history is missing 2 years of activity also between may 25, 2024 when I made my last purchased (and redeemed all of my rewards, $380 at the time with it. So my balance after that was $0)

and now May 27, 2026 when -CAD $730.10 we're deducted. (If the activity log was correct, that makes no sense because where did I suddenly earn $730.10 with no orders? .. I earned it slowly on alienware arena every week/month).
