Money not refunded
Dear Dell,
I've been trying to get a refund for a return for about a month now and I've been assigned a customer representative who doesn't listen to me when I tell him and show him (in attachment form) my credit card showing I haven't received. I had filed a complaint with BBB and his only goal is to close it, whether or not the issue is solved, and I'm started to get seriously frustrated with the level of incompetence.
What happened was that I bought a TV on Nov. 18 with a $316.93 credit card payment then a $250 gift card I had. The TV was out of stock for three weeks, so I was allowed to change the order for the same price--I ended up paying with a credit card in two payments of $316.93 and $250 (because I found out my gift card wouldn't be refunded until later) for another TV that I have kept. Then the original TV I ordered arrived a few days later despite the fact Dell told me it was 1.) out of stock and 2.) it had been cancelled. I had to return that TV (order number ) and that is the one I still have not received any refund for. Nevertheless, the agent keeps telling me that in mid-December I was received two credits, for $316.93 and $250, which are actually just my payments for a new TV. He won't listen or believe me and now I'm out for $516.93, which is ridiculous.
I can't emphasize how frustrating, stupid, and draining this entire process has been. What I thought was a simple purchase has turned into a two month saga with dozens of calls to Dell and emails sent. I'd like a refund as soon as possible and the ability to talk to someone who can understand what I'm trying to explain.
Thanks,
Leo

No, I haven't, because in the multiple times I've contact Dell (via phone, email, Better Business Bureau) no one has suggested that and keeps telling me I received my money back when I have proof I didn't. This form also asks for a Service Request number. No one has ever given me such a number. Who can I really talk to in order to get this resolved as soon as possible? I've wasted almost a hundred hours just to get my own money back. I'm exhausted and angry because of this.

It's been over a week and I haven't gotten any response on this. Dell is holding $500 of mine hostage. I'm going to have to go to court.
