Monitors not shipping
I ordered a monitor on jan. 7 and the shipping date continues to get pushed back. There is no way that Dell cannot have a simple 24 inch monitor on hand. Walmart and Best Buy both have them! What is going on with Dell and their horrible customer service? This is ridiculous

Many others are facing a similar struggle with Dell right now. Quality control is down and it is taking months for basic orders to arrive. If you are able to cancel your purchase and buy elsewhere that is probably your best course of action. Otherwise, you may be stuck waiting for months with nothing but Dell's poor customer support while you wait for your product to arrive. Then, if it does arrive, there seems to be a high likelihood it will be faulty. Very disappointing.

If you can cancel, you need to do so immediately. There is no reason to wait in line for the world class terrible service you are about to receive by purchasing from Dell.

I am in the same boat. I purchased a 38 inch Alienware monitor in Dec 13 2021. I never received it and Dell will not refund because it is with their carrier- AIT . this is the worst . and they said it was due to staffing resource of AIT and it was delayed . I can understand a delay for a few weeks , but it is almost 3 months already

It is supposed to arrive today, and it never did. 2 months in delivery is an obvious a lie.

I canceled then ordered a different one and then another. The one that was on sale for students at $170 never shipped but the one at $200 did. BAIT TO GET YOU!!!!!
