Mr. Gary Ward

I have purchased and All-in One Dell 24 All-in-One EC24250 <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>

The PC, one day failed to boot so I went onto your site for help in assessing the problem. We found that the tests showed that there was a RAM problem.

An engineer visited me to replace a RAM module, but he found that this was not the issue and diagnosed that the problem part was the motherboard, and I was told he would visit the next day to replace the part. I waited in all day, but no engineer appeard. I checked the case number on the relevant site, and found that the part was not available until May.

I decided that this was an unreasonable time to wait for the repair, especilally when the item was purchased less ttan a month ago. I have tried to contact someone at Dell to talk to to discuss this matter, but with no success, and therefore I feel I am within my rights to be given a brand new replacement, as the item was purchased less than one month ago when the item failed. I understand that I should get a response from a Dell Support agent on this site.

If this was a personal purchase direct from Dell, you have 30 days from shipment to return the system for a refund -- use that option.
