MS116 Optical Mouse Scroll is not working properly

Hi Team,

I bought Dell MS116 Optical Mouse on 25th Sept 2023, now it's scroll is not working. The page remains same and scroll for sometime and then stays at same time. I'm not able to work properly with this mouse, it delays every work which I'm doing.
