My orders keep getting cancelled

I don't understand why Dell does this, it has caused me and family members to purchase from HP and Lenovo directly instead. Every time I try and order stuff from Dell online, my order gets cancelled either immediately after or shortly after, it's a pain. Once, I had a sales rep call after the fact to see if I still wanted to place my order for laptops and I told them yes of course and they manually processed it but I don't understand why Dell auto cancels my orders. I've done a lot of business with them over the last 10 years but at this point I'm ready to just take all of my business to another company because this isn't worth the hassle anymore.

It's not my financial Institution, it's Dell's end.
