Need Order Support

This is probably the most frustrating experience I have dealt with spending this much money with any company. I have placed an order, received the order information and registration codes in my email, but when I try to register the codes I get an error that says they have already been claimed.

The AI assistant is no help, I've tried calling and it says the same thing the AI assistant says, which doesn't work. Trying to find help is impossible, so I am turning here. Where can I find help with this issue?
