Need the 32 bit Registration code

Never received the 32 bit registration code in an email from Dell this is the worst experience I have ever had with Dell. Where do I go to get the registration code?

Product registration codes are required to get your product if you purchased through a Dell partner.

Once you have registered your product, it will be available in software and licences.

I sent several emails with no satisfactory response.   I if don't receive the information requested will just return my dell laptop and go to a computer store with customer service.
