New Display assembly for XPS 13 9370 needed
Dear Community,
I recently droped my DELL XPS 13 9370, which caused a heavy damage on the Screen and a bent corner on de Display unit, so i need a new Infinity Edge Display (no touchscreen no 4K) I´am based in Germany and a US-american friend of mine, which had the same problem with exactly the same model, told me that he was able to buy a new Screen from the Dell Support without any problems and to a reasonable price.
So I tried to buy one from Dell directly in Germany, but I was told that they don`t sell single parts of the XPS series to their customers and offered me to send the Laptop directly to them in order to get it fixed for arround 700 euros...
Is there may any possibility to buy a new Display from the international, or us-american Dell Company branch to the same conditions and price as the US- customers ? The product was bought in July 2018 in Germany via the offical Dell sale.

Thank you for your message. Sorry to know about the damage to the system.
As the service team confirmed, Dell does not sell individual part directly to customers in Germany. Since this is an accidental damage & not covered under warranty (unless you have accidental coverage) the option is to send the system for repairs at the Dell authorized service center.
You can buy a screen from the US but there is no International shipping & the cost will be more than the system if you plan to import it.
