No customer support for Single Incident Support?
No customer support for Single Incident Support for Advanced Software Support. I am still on the phone and now with my 21st person (from the technical support). Paid $147.77, for absolutely nothing.

Still no call back after purchasing the Single Incident Support I was sold that I would get a call today before 5pm ..... its 4:56 pm, i am not hopeful. what did I pay for?
