No repair status available

On November 10th the "depot" received my Dell one piece computer that had a dead ssd after about 4 months use.   I can get NO INFORMATION ON STATUS.  I call everyday and get different information.  I was told mostly that there is no information.  Then I was told it is covid?  The reviews online go back 10 years that Dell takes weeks to do repairs.  This is nothing new. My Service tag is (Service Tag Removed. TOS Violation)

HARD DRIVE FAILURE AFTER 4 MONTHS. NOW THEY DO NOT HAVE PARTS TO REPLACE IT. NO INFORMATION NO RESPONSE. GIVE ME A NEW MACHINE WHICH I WILL SELL AND GET A MAC. Full story. The worse. I bought a one piece in February used it for 2 weeks then left it for 4 months. In June it began to display error message no hard drive. Support ran diagnostics online for over 2hours . Told me that there was nothing wrong . Message continued . Took it to Best Buy they kept it and ran diagnostics for hours. No error message. Took it home and it died. Sent it to Dell  9 days later they are telling me they have no parts? They are waiting for parts. A hard drive? They don't have a hard drive? I asked for a new machine. They said (a woman who is not at the repair place, is somewhere in Asia) after 14 business days they may consider it. If I ever get it back it is being trashed and i will buy a new mac.
I see there is a moderator here can you help me?

We´re checking now.
For security, we´d recommend removing the service tag from the public post.
We´ll get back to you over private message.

What parts?  Are you saying Dell one of the worlds largest manufacturers doesn't have a ssd?  What has happened to your inventory?  What is the estimated date of repair and return?  Please do not quote "covid".  as one of your support people did. Complaints of this type of service delay go back over 10 years on the web.

cynic345,

I see that the system is still at the depot. Waiting on parts.
