No "Reply"/"Submit" button to reply to private messages

Hi. I received a private message from a Dell mod, and they require a reply, but there is only a text box; there is no "Reply" or "Submit" button to send the message. If I try to private message the mod directly, I am taken back to the private message they sent me. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
