More than 48 hours have passed but not getting any response on order placed online. No one is answering the calls 1800 212 1520. Have tried calling them at least 10 times and every time this IVR message plays for 5 minutes. 

"Your call is important to us. All of our customer care specialists are currently assisting other customers. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered shortly"

Very bad experience.
