No update on order
First off I just want to apologize if this is in the wrong place I'm new to this part of the site.
So I placed an order on Nov 14, 2021 and it said it was estimated to ship on Dec 17, 2021 as I am typing this up it is the day before and it hasn't even left the conformed stage. I've traded contacting support a few time now in the past week the last time being yesterday, but every time I talk to them it feels like I'm just talking to a robot reading following a script which only add to the frustration which is the lack of info. I'm completely fine if it is delayed (which I'm 90 percent sure it is) I just want to know what is actually happing.

SAME SITUATION HERE I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 8 OR 9 TIMES EVERY TIME DIFFERENT ANSWER,
THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE OR CLOSE YOUR INQUIRY..
THE STANDARDS ARE SO LOW AND THEY ABOUT ANY THING
THEY JUST HAVE FORMATS THAT THEY JUST COPY AND PASTE AND REPLY WITH DIFFERENT ANSWERS..
