Not received 10% cashback
Hi,
I have purchased one desktop and laptop using icici credit card and it is more than 3 months now. Not received the cashback. Please let me know the process to get the cashback.

Hi,
I purchased Laptop (around 50k INR) with 10% cash back offer from dell website on July 2020. I supposed to get 10% cash back next 90 working days from my purchase date. Still I waiting for the cash back.
I have reached the executive who has helped in placing the order since then, 1st she said will highlight the issue & now since last couple of emails she is not even responding. Not sure who is checking what.
Is there any way to escalate this issue? Or any team line Nodal officer who can look into this issue ?
