Order Cancellation Loop

On 11/23/23 I placed an order for an XPS17, great deal, had high Rakuten cash back too.  I put order on Dell Pay. A few hours later order was cancelled. I spoke to customer support, they determined that the issue was on Dell Pay. Spoke to Dell Pay, they said they just needed to verify my info which they did. Dell Pay, said all is good go back and place order, it will go through this time.  I placed order seemed okay. I received acknowledgment of order but no confirmation, so i checked today and found out that 2nd order was also cancelled.  I've been in a never ending loop between customer service and Dell Pay. Dell Pay now says that both computers are still on my order "pending". They now said I have to wait 7 -10 days for the "pending" orders to clear before trying to place order again.  THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.  The Black Friday Dell Promotions are gone, my Rakuten promotions are gone.  Because the Dell Order / Dell Pay system is broken, I am penalized for it. Customer Service both on Dell and Dell Pay is an ABSOLUTE DISSAPOINTMENT.  I remember Dell being top notch.  I am so very very dissapointed.
