Order confirmation
I’m still waiting or order confirmation on a gaming pc I ordered on 30 November 2020 . Emailed several times. Order not shown on account. Payment waiting as pending on credit card. It’s a gift for our son and just need to know it’s going ahead. Can anyone help please @customercare

I'm having the same issue, however my order was placed yesterday. I'm confused as to how this process works as I can view my DPID however it's not tied to my account and none of the chat functions are working.

Exactly the same issue. I placed an order for xps 13 9310 on Nov.23, 2020 and it is still at order confirmed stage. The customer service told me that they have expedited the order but the problem is still there.

I'm very sorry to hear of what has happened. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.
Click our DELL-Cares username. Then look to the right and click, "Send this user a direct message".
Provide the private data (Dell Order number, Dell purchase ID number, registered owner's name) via the private direct message? We will have it checked.

They seem to be off their game lately. I placed my order on Nov 20 and it supposedly shipped out on the 23rd to be delivered on the 27th. I have gotten several different answers and then yesterday I checked to see they requested a return for a laptop they lost before it left the facility. Now I am waiting for a gift that is overdue, the funds are gone because they already charged the card and I am not getting a straight answer from anyone.

I have had this happen twice with ordering a desktop & monitor
First order was on November 30th
After a few days Dell cancelled the order without contacting me
Second order was December 11th
i have yet to receive confirmation on the desktop
The monitor was confirmed and shipped
However we do not want the monitor without the Desktop
I have waited on hold twice now for 30 minutes each time only to be disconnected
