Order Delay
I ordered a XPS 15 on May 13. My shipping date has been moved countless times and now I am receiving word that it will take much longer than July 2. It’s extremely frustrating because this laptop was in preparation for summer courses and I don’t know if I can cancel this order. If I had ordered from apple this wouldn’t have been an issue. Sorry dell, and I had such high hopes.

Ordered my XPS 15 back in April...its still under Confirmed...Its suppose to "arrive" on June 24, I don't think that's happening....

I am about to reach the 2 month mark of waiting on this laptop. The whole point to use this during the summer is out the window as the delays get pushed back. I talk to customer service to give me a realistic date and they completely avoid the question. WHERE IS THE LAPTOP. If I ordered from another company the most it would’ve taken is 2 weeks. Can you see the huge difference? This also violates shipping laws.

I ordered an XPS 8/6/21.
Constant delays and passing of dates so far. Customer service give empty promises of dates only to have those dates elapsed and further delays. Still yet to enter production...
