Order dispute

i tried to place a order on Oct 16th for Dell Inspiron 16 of order value around rs.77k  via netbanking but got the below attached error message in payment gateway. i haven't received any confirmation or order ref. id to check. Bank has asked to check with merchant and confirmed the amount has been credited. Please let me know if any further details are required. Earlier tried reaching IndiaConsumer.Salesquery yet to get a reply. still it has been more than 3-4 business days.
