Order not confirmed and cannot cancel

Question

Order not confirmed after a day. this is not that much of a deal but under actions the cancel order button is unclickable. also called costumer service but a robot says department closed. How do I even cancel an order? without cancelling this order I do not dare to buy new orders since there’s always a possibility that it will be processed.

Until the order is confirmed, there is no order to cancel.

It can take up to 72 business hours (note: business hours - not weekends) for confirmation. If you haven't received confirmation by then, the order failed at some stage. You will need to call during business hours to find out what happened. Alternatively, contact your credit card company or bank to see if they can see what happened from the payment side.

If I want to buy the same product elsewhere without risking buying the same product twice what should I do? wait until it gets confirmed?
