Order not shipped yet
Hi Dell-Cares,
My order has been stuck on delivery pending since Dec 3. It looks like the FedEx label has been created, but it hasn't been handled over to them yet. Can I please get an update on what's going on?

Hi mdrnsns,
We typically generate waybills at the beginning of the order prior to actual shipment and hand off to the carrier. The tracking will reflect updates once it clears customs in El Paso which is an area we have limited control over. Given the holiday sales there is a lot of inbound traffic from Mexico based manufacturing from dozens of companies. Checking the assigned tracking number your device is now with FedEx with an ETA of tomorrow.

FedEx just pick my package up from El Paso, Texas and it should be delivered on FRIDAY!!!

@DELL-Joey My delivery is with Trans-expedite or Omni Logistics or Forward Air. Each website is giving a different delivery date. Quite frustrating.

I order a area 51 desktop, build complete 15/5 and was scheduled for delivery 12/6-12/9. It was later updated to 12/15. It was also late. Currently waiting for Fedex to get the dang thing. I've had to call of 2 day at work just for both days not to arrive. They really need to step up their delivery process.

@Silverhawk03 yeah it’s a horrible system to tell someone a date to expect it and it not be anywhere near correct. I guess they build in Mexico so they print the label when it heads to customs which can take 5 to 7 business days for fedex to get it. I ordered mine on the dec 1st and got it on the 15th. It was 10 days after they made the label and told me it was shipped. I don’t mind waiting but when it’s something you have to sign for, you need a good date so you can schedule for someone to be home to receive it.
