Order Number not assigned yet

I ordered Inspiron 5490 5 days ago and the order Number has not assigned till now. I only have INTERNET REFERENCE ID. I contacted customer care and the experience was just worst.... their wating time...oh my god...I have to wait for 42 min. They said that there is problem from the bank's end. I did payment from ICICI BANK'S CREDIT CARD. Then i contacted icici bank and they said that the payment will return to your account by tomorrow & i will have to order it again. 

      But the problem is that the laptop is not available on the site. I want to know that the order is cancelled or what ?? Please help me out I need a laptop very urgent .
