Order Number: Not Yet Assigned #21

Hi,

I am facing the same issue. Placed the order on June 25, 2020 but not received order number as of July 2, 2020. I only have IRN :  .  Please help me with the order status, why the order number is not being generated? I tried customer care service, waited for 38 minutes and call just got disconnected. I have no other way to find out what happened to my order.
