Order status: No acknowledgment Email

Hey,

I place my order online on 22 November for my Alienware M15 R5. I payed with paypal pay in 3 option and have received a confirmation email that gives me the link to see my order progress. I haven’t had an acknowledgement email for when the laptop is coming, although it advised on purchase that it would be delivered today but I understand with Black Friday that probably wasn’t going to happen.

The status via the link says, order received by dell. Paypal are taking the amount from my bank account and is currently sitting in my pending section on my banking app.

I’m too poorly to call at the moment so wondered if there was anyone that could help me on here.
