Order Status
Order status is shipped on 12/15 at 2 PM. It is now 12/19 at 5PM and the order is still at Dell. What is going on.
Also, there should be some way to talk to someone to ask a simple question but alas that seems impossible,

If "the order" is a desktop or notebook system, unless you're located in the country where they're made (China for notebooks and many desktops; Mexico for other desktops), you need to allow for international shipping.
