Order status

I have had nothing but problems trying to reach ANYONE about my order. Your phone tree AI stinks and will not connect me to anyone. Your chat support AI stinks and will not connect me to anyone. I placed an order December 8th, estimated delivery December 17. On December 17 it changed to January 2. No update has been made at this point, and can only assume if you haven’t started building it yet, it will be delayed again. The inability of a customer to be able to call and talk to a representative is concerning.
