Overcharged!

I ordered 2 Inspiron laptops. The card company thought fraud, so it declined the charge. I contacted the company and the block was removed. I waited several minutes for a Dell purchase confirmation for the blocked order, in case it went through. Nothing received. I visited the cart and saw the two laptops still there. I paid for them and received purchase confirmation almost immediately. The laptops reached my grandkids in record time. The next day, I check my bank account and saw the charges for the 2 laptops I ordered plus 2 additional charges of the same amount. I contacted Dell support and was told, essentially, my fear is unwarranted, the 2 extra charges will disappear when the charges for the 2 laptops, ordered, were paid. That didn't happen. The 2 laptops were paid for and the 2 extra charges are in payment pending status.
