Ownership Transfer
I have bought Dell Ins 15 5000 Gaming Edition 5577 Laptop in USA on June 05, 2018. I have sent the laptop to India for my family members and want to transfer the ownership. But when i have transferred its got failed saying previous owner detail is not correct.
I have bought this laptop from Amazon and sold by Rock e Digital (through amazon).
Now i have again raised the transfer and not sure whether this also will get the same issue.
Also date shipped is showing as "8/29/2017" but i have bought only on 06/05/2018

For the system to be eligible for an International transfer the system need to meet 2 criteria.
1) The system should have premium onsite warranty
2) The system model should be released in the region you are taking the system to
