P2223HC, request for quotation
Good day,
I kindly need a quotation to replace damage Monitor. Monitor issue: Screen Line and physical Damage. Please give me an email that I can use for this request.

The P2223HC 3 year purchased warranty period has expired. Dell does not offer monitor repair services. All Dell does is replace the monitor while still inside the purchased warranty period.

This model appears no longer available, but there are plenty of equivalent monitors available new for well under $200.
Example
