P2419H, damaged panel, exchange denied?

In February 2020 I purchased product Dell P2419H which is covered under warranty. It's having internal display broken problem without any physical damage/cracks on the screen. It is under warranty, however, on reviewing the photos, the Dell teams claimed that it must have been physically damaged or cracked, so they are denying warranty.

This all seems fair, if the monitor had actually taken a knock, but it hasn't and both the glass and the bezel are both in perfect order don't see any problem that would cause the display to fail. The customer service engineer even agrees that in order to cause the damage to the screen that is shown, that it would also physically damage the outside of the monitor! If Dell were to take the screen back they'd see that there is no physical screen damage whatsoever, as, it was not physically touched let alone knocked.

It's been 3-4 days without any satisfactory results from the DELL-support. I just cancelled my order for another monitors and few servers which I was planning to purchase from dell for home lab.

If any Dell  representatives read this, please do contact me if you can do something, this is terrible customer service.
