Payment done but order on hold

Hi all,

I ordered Dell Vostro 3401 on November 13, 2020 and on the same day, I received an email with an IR Number. I also received a mail from asking me to furnish documents in Company/ Firm name (I had ordered for Work) and I sent the necessary details but still, no response from the other end. When I log into my account, it shows no orders have been placed and when I enter the IR number(which I received over mail) to track the order, it shows 'invalid IR number'. Please help!
