Payment Issue/Order Cancellation

Question

Hello, I ordered a 32 inch Alienware monitor on December 19th which was cancelled after an issue with the bank. I had to call them to unblock my account. However, the order was cancelled and I didn't receive back my Dell reward points and thus I cannot repeat the order and use them. Please return my Dell reward points. Thanks.
