Price match

The Dell web site says they will price match. I have canceled an order for a printer I ordered at the beginning of April and as of yesterday the order had been received but not shipped. So on the dell site you had a printer with more features for  You had a Lexmark MC3224adwe for $339. Amazon had the same printer for $269.00. I spent over an hour last night in a chat with customer service.  We got disconnected at about the hour mark. They sent an email that all I had to was reply. I did reply but to no avail.  I haven't heard a thing. Heres a link to the printer I would buy from Dell IF you will match the price.
