Problem in Top display bezel
"I purchased a new Dell G15 on 30 June. The top display bezel near the webcam has a slight gap. It flexes when pressed and makes a slight clicking sound while opening and closing the lid

The newest of these was released in January, 2023, so this is either a used system or a very old stock one being sold as new. Either way, it's unlikely there's any remaining Dell warranty on it -- contact your seller to arrange a return or replacment.
