Problem with Alienware Arena account
I have a problem with my Alienware Arena account. I won 500 Dell rewards points, but my points did not go to my Dell Rewards account. It turns out that another Dell account was somehow automatically created when I set-up my Alienware Arena account. In the process of trying to fix this issue, I deactivated that account. Now I can't access my points at all and I can't link my Alienware Arena account with my Dell account. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone, and no one seems to be able to help me. Please help me.

Dell does not manage the Alienware Arena.
