problems connecting with Trade-In
@DELL-Cares I have problems connecting with Trade-In@DELL.com, so I cannot access an address for my trade-in, for mailing desktop computer to get credit applied to my Dell account after purchasing my new desktop. Can you help with my issues. Also, I would like to know the value on trade-ins.
