Purchase inquiry, Philippines

Hi,

This is Rhea of Waterfront Manila Hotel. We have future requirements of DELL Laptops (high and low end) and Desktops. We are still in the process of preparing budget. Approximate quantity is 300 + units for employees of 4 hotels under Waterfront Philippines. 

Would like to ask if we can go direct purchase to Dell Philippines instead of purchasing to Authorized dealers?
