Received wrong computer

I ordered Inspiron 7415 2-in-1 from Dell but received Inspiron 3542. Too bad. I found out about it after 4 years. Now trying to get a resolution.

There won't be a resolution after that much time has elapsed.  How did you mistake your intended 14" system for the 15" model?
