I contacted support and got another company , I still would like a refund please.

Took TWO MONTHS to get a refund on a $70 power cord that I ordered. And I had to reorder the right one and pay for it because no one would swap it out. I just got the refund today (12/9/25) on the original cord which was received by Dell on 10/9/25. I've spent thousands with Dell but when it comes to returns you need to step up your game. Not happy.
